This International Student Scholarships project will use mouse models to establish the cellular and molecular basis of cooperation between different classes of mutations in preleukemic stem cells and leukemia. Mutations are targeted to different stages of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells in mouse models, to investigate how the impact of different target populations of primary cells in cellular and molecular properties, and the response of leukemia stem cell therapy.
